Booking: 

No person will be permitted to join a class if they have not booked in via the RESAWOD App. 

If a class is full, you are able to add yourself to the waiting list and will be notified through the App should a space become available. 

If you book into a class but are unable to attend, you must cancel your booking either through the RESAWOD App or by contacting us on our FB page. 

The App will allow you to cancel your booking up to 10 hours before the class starts for morning sessions and 2 hours for remaining sessions. 

If you are unable to cancel your booking through the App because there is less than 2 hours before the class starts you must contact us by posting on our closed Facebook group immediately. 

CrossFit is all about respecting others and community spirit. We therefore kindly ask you to ensure that you respect our policies, and should you need to cancel a booking to do so in good time that will allow another person to take your spot.  

Equipment:

Having a clean and orderly space to workout is important to us, and so we kindly ask you to return equipment to where it belongs once you finish your workout, as well as take all your personal belongings with you once you’re done from using the gym.
