For those of you just getting started in the CrossFit world, we offer beginners classes to teach you the basic CrossFit movements in a safe and supervised environment.
Our expert coaches will teach you the foundations of CrossFit and keep a close eye on your technique and form to enable the movements to eventually come naturally. This is the best option for those who are new to CrossFit. These sessions are conducted at a slower pace and at a lower intensity than our CrossFit classes. In these sessions our coaches will get to know you and your objectives, and give you individualized attention and feedback.
