At Tripod Fitness, our main focus is CrossFit, but we also offer a range of specialized fitness classes designed to help you build strength, endurance, and skill. About us

Head Coach Christina Grima (CrossFit L2 + Gymnastics & Weightlifting L1 instructor) is joined by other qualified coaches that make up the CrossFit Tripod Coaching Team.  They have created a friendly, motivational and safe environment for anyone who wants to train with like-minded people.  Their goal is to make every member feel like they are part of one big and passionate community. You can expect a relaxed training environment that offers consistent coaching to help you reach your goals, after all, the motto at CrossFit Tripod is #buildingabetteryou.
